a) A Possible Examiners Time Bank
Jason Bowman, Valand Academy
Caspar Stracke, Kuvataideakademia
Most academic institutions require external examiners and opponents whilst also knowing that there are different approaches to our exam formats. How might the KUNO support the development of examiner resources via the network to increase discussion, cross-pollination and sharing of skills, experience, pedagogy and resources? Might it be possible to establish a share-system within the network that allows the member institutions to develop a ‘time bank’ for external examiners and opponents? This session will look at the needs and resources of those network members who may be interested in establishing such a system, and how it may operate.
b) Artist or Teacher: Identity of Academic Staff
Hulda Stefansdottir, Iceland Academy of Arts
