KUNO REIMBURSEMENT INFORMATION & SUPPORT
KUNO supports up to 3 participants to take part in the network meeting: 1 international coordinator, 1 teacher and 1 leader (dean/rector/head of department for network meeting). KUNO supports the 3rd night for those choosing to stay in Helsinki until Sunday for the networking night.
What is reimbursed? Following the annual meeting, each participating school should send an invoice to KUNO Secretary for reimbursement of travel and hotel.
How to invoice: Following the KUNO network meeting in Helsinki, your academy should send an invoice addressed to Estonian Academy of Arts / KUNO. It should be sent by email to KUNO Coordinator: kuno@artun.ee / Reference: “KUNO Helsinki” . The invoice should include the names of participants and receipts of the purchased flight tickets and hotel. The invoice should be sent no later than end of Nov 2025.
