Requirements: The students need to have an interest in collaborative pracitses, but no need to have been previously involved in collaborative projects.

Course description: The course will look at different ways of collaborating while being in different physical places.
It will start with the presentation of different artworks and collectives that have worked collaboratively from a distance and we will try to understand the practices and strategies of these collaborations (both in Visual Arts, Literature and Performance Art). We will also look at the possible funding opportunities to support projects between artists based in different countries.
Afterward, the group will be divided into trios or couples and each group will develop, playfully and experimentally, a collaborative work from a distance on the topic of closeness/distance. At the end of the week, the groups will present the result of their exploration.
