Course description:
My name is Hamishi Farah. I am a figurative painter.
If you take this workshop we will have 5 days together to talk about art.
The course is open for everyone not just painters
If you are interested in the following, this might be for you:
Painting, Psychoanalysis, Historical Materialism, what does the limits of representation mean, art and politics - how do we reconcile them, the state, money, modernity, Black studies, architecture, antagonism, gossip, craft, coloniality
Course Method:
We will do exercises and talk.
Bio
Hamishi Farah is an artist practicing painting and other media.
Born in 1991 in Melbourne, Australia.
